During the warranty period, our company provides three guarantees for the goods:

1: three guarantees: product warranty period, according to product quality accident responsibility, the implementation of repair, replacement, return

2: Three guarantees period: customers in accordance with the technical conditions and instructions for installation, commissioning, use, maintenance of the premise, supporting unit products within 12 months after the factory.

3: Three guarantees service: during the three guarantees period, the product due to manufacturing quality failure, resulting in damage to parts, affecting performance indicators, by my company is responsible for“ three guarantees” processing.

Products beyond“ the” validity period of three guarantees, the company will implement life-long paid service.

1: We guarantee the completeness of the goods and all supporting facilities provided. For those not listed in the bidding documents, we have the responsibility to supplement the parts and accessories for the normal operation and maintenance of the system, excluding the transmission cable of the unit, diesel oil and engine oil required for the operation of the unit (if there is no such item in the contract object).

2: We can provide relevant maintenance and operation manuals when the unit is delivered, and also provide relevant electronic documents.

3: We can provide the test records, certificates of conformity of the main parts of the equipment or the factory test report, test report and certificate of conformity of the whole machine.
